16 Baptisms in Hillsboro, Kansas

An update from Adam Utecht, Lead Pastor of Grace Community Fellowship in Hillsboro, KS

Last Saturday evening, on August 16th, 16 individuals from Grace Community Fellowship were baptized at the Hillsboro pool. It was an awesome celebration of God’s grace in many lives.

One of the women who was baptized is a custodian at the school where Grace Community Fellowship meets; she had been attending the church since they had begun meeting at Hillsboro Elementary School. Since attending the church, both she and her adult son have committed their lives to Christ. Her son was also baptized on Saturday, in the presence of his three children.

Another man who was baptized was homeless a year ago and had been in trouble with the law for driving under the influence. He never thought he would walk into a church building again, but God moved in his life and brought him to Grace Community Fellowship, where he also committed his life to Christ.

The gospel work is multiplying in Hillsboro, Kansas. God is bringing people to Himself and Adam Utect and the rest of the Grace Community Fellowship team are thankful to be a part of that process.
