LifeChange Camp Seeks Growth Partners

For nearly 12 years, Bill and Carol Anderson have been serving the Lord and people from all across the Midwest through LifeChange Camp and Retreat Center. Summer camps fill June and July while retreat groups fill the weekends from September through May. 12 years ago there was nothing but trees at 351 NE 831 Rd, but today a fully functioning camp and retreat center hosts over 1500 people annually and is growing.

New growth is a wonderful thing, truly a sign of life, yet growth also brings with it new challenges that need to be overcome. The challenge at LifeChange is that the growth and the potential of greater growth has caused a need for additional staff to share the load that is carried presently by the Andersons, Brandon and Amanda Salsbury (now a stay-at-home mom), and a host of volunteers who faithfully serve as needed. A kitchen manager, a facilities manager, a housekeeper and office assistance are all positions being sought. Some of these positions are part-time while others are, or could become, full-time. Some may require raised missionary support. For some, housing is available on camp while others may not. In any case, LifeChange is seeking people with a sense of adventure who love the Lord, sense a call to work in a service ministry setting and are willing to launch out in faith in pursuit of that call.  The right persons will see their opportunity as not just a job and a paycheck but as a passion to work with excellence “as unto the Lord and not unto man,” taking pride and ownership in what they are doing.

Does any of this pique your interest or fill your mind and heart with excitement? If so, God may be calling you to join us on the ride of a lifetime, building a ministry that will stand long after you are gone.
