Join us for the Ministry Leaders Getaway in sunny central Florida, Monday evening, February 8 through Thursday morning, February 11, 2027.
Credentialed leaders will enjoy beautiful, individual hotel-style rooms at Lake Yale Baptist Conference Center, creating space to slow down, reconnect, and be refreshed. Spouses are always welcome and even encouraged to join, but are never required to attend.
Our hope is to provide time for meaningful relational connection and rejuvenating rest. During the day, leaders can enjoy peaceful time at camp or participate in offsite excursions together. Evenings will include gatherings designed for encouragement, community, and fellowship.

The Ministry Leaders Getaway has been carefully planned to provide opportunities for rejuvenating rest, recreation, and relational connection with God and others.
While we’re still finalizing the details, much of the schedule will be up to you. We’ll provide a variety of options, and you can decide how you’d most enjoy spending your time each day.
There will be plenty of free time for walks, bike rides, board games or pickleball, free off site group excursions to a beachside town and to a State Park for hiking, paddling, and wildlife watching, or simply relaxing in a chair by the lake to read or bird watch. We’ll provide daily opportunities for worship and devotional times as well as a list of local activities and attractions you can explore.
No matter what helps you feel rested, refreshed, and renewed, there will be something for you.

Where are we staying?
Our stay will be at the beautiful Lake Yale Baptist Conference Center near Leesburg, Florida – about one hour north of Orlando International Airport. The camp has plenty of private, climate-controlled, hotel-style rooms for everyone, whether you come alone or with your spouse. There is also ample parking if you should decide to rent your own vehicle for the trip.
The camp is located on 288 acres. Towering live oaks and scenic wetlands create a quiet, distraction-free environment along the shores of massive Lake Yale, which covers over 4,000 acres. It is the perfect place to refresh the mind, strengthen community, and inspire the soul.

Secure your spot with a fully refundable deposit: $99 for credentialed individuals and $49 for spouses. Attend the event, and you’ll receive a 100% refund of your deposit! Be sure to register early! If all spots are filled, additional registrants will be placed on a first-come, first-served waiting list. You must register before September 30 to secure this fully refundable option!
Regular registration begins September 30, 2026.
After early-bird registration closes, the cost remains the same—$99 for credentialed individuals and $49 for spouses—but registration costs will no longer be refundable.
