Jake Mills serves as the lead pastor of Great Oaks Community Church.  They’ve recently felt that God is calling the church to a 10 in 10 vision – plant 10 new churches in the next 10 years.  I sat down with Jake and talked with him about this vision and his heart to see churches grow and multiply.  I think you will be both challenged and encouraged, just as I was.
