One of the best ways to weather the ups and downs of ministry and life is to have a community of people who understand the unique joys and challenges of youth ministry.
This is why we are excited to invite youth pastors to our next CONNECT: A Gathering for Youth Pastors at the FEC office in Fort Wayne on Thursday, April 18 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. EST. We want you to connect, form friendships, and establish camaraderie with other youth pastors in FEC. We recognize that you may already have a network of fellow leaders you meet with in your local area, but we believe it is also incredibly beneficial to have a connection to other youth pastors who are a part of our fellowship.
The day will include a chance to get to know and care for one another, hear from our FEC leadership, talk about trends or hot topics within youth ministry, eat lunch together, and have some fun (we can’t have a youth leader gathering without some fun, right?).
