We want to help you discover what lies ahead in your ministry future!

Join us for the next Church Planter Assessment Center! The assessment is a two-day, intensive process for potential church planters and their spouses, hosted by FEC’s church planting team. Our goal is to help discern your readiness to plant a healthy, vibrant, reproducing local church. Group and individual exercises, interviews, and practical experiences combine to provide honest insights into your strengths and weaknesses, and to help provide insight into the relative health of your spiritual life, marriage, finances, and more.

FEC has put together this 2-day assessment to help you as you work to discern God’s calling on your life.  During these two days, we’ll work together to answer questions like these:

What are my Skills and Competencies?

Are there undeveloped or undiscovered skills and competencies that are being overlooked in your current role? We’ll work with you to identify and develop your God-given skills and identify how those skills can be used to plant a reproducing church.

Should I Consider Planting A Church?

Ever wondered if you could plant a church, and whether it’s even reasonable to consider taking a step further?  Over these two days, we will work together to understand your calling and identify your next steps.

Do I Have the Wiring Needed to Plant?

Have you ever wondered what it takes to start and then to lead a new church? Together we’ll walk through the key components needed and discover how your temperament can provide insight into God’s calling on your life.

How Can I Find More Information?

During these two days, we’ll provide you and your spouse with detailed, clear answers to questions you may have about a future in church planting.
