Over the last decade, FEC has grown in size. The number of churches has doubled, along with the number of credentialed ministry leaders. In addition, FEC has expanded from the Midwest into the western United States. All of that growth has created a greater demand for support from the FEC Office in Fort Wayne, Indiana. In order to meet the needs of our growing fellowship, the FEC staff is growing to become more specialized.

In 2010, when President Rocky Rocholl began leading the organization, five staff people comprised the Office. Today, the staff has grown to 14 people. In 2021, Rocholl initiated an organizational shift to determine which roles, if added, would serve churches more effectively. Most recently, two new staff have been added, Beth Clouser and Chris Eder.

Beth Clouser came to FEC in August as the new Office Administrator. Though previously retired, she brings decades of experience in business. One of her roles will be managing the credentialing process for ministry leaders and preparing for FEC trainings like CPAC and New Leader Orientation. She will also manage the office maintenance and assist with communication needs. Beth is excited to be a part of FEC and supporting kingdom growth. She said, “I really love this job. I’m excited to help the kingdom grow. It’s thrilling to hear the stories of how Jesus is working.”

Chris Eder, a wildlife biologist, worked in conservation fundraising throughout his career. He will work part-time to establish a Development Office for FEC and its affiliates. In that role, he will focus on assessing the needs of churches and partners and helping them to find ways to resource those needs. For Chris, being a part of an organization that focuses on transformation feels satisfying after working in roles throughout his career that were more transactional, saying, “It’s good to be involved where you see God at work.”

Changes and growth in the FEC Office are designed to support the needs of our churches which, in turn, support the growth of God’s kingdom. We thank God for the continued growth of our Fellowship and welcome Beth and Chris to the team!
