The Personal Spiritual Inventory tool serves as a self-assessment window into your holistic health. Fifty self-reflective questions are asked, five each in 10 distinct areas. As you respond in complete honesty, the tool calculates your results, providing you with a tangible reflection of where you are currently thriving and where you might want to give attention to your ongoing development.

Follow the instructions below, reflect on the results, consider action steps to move forward, and if you desire a pdf of your results to be emailed to you, click “Yes” to the question at the end.

For each statement, circle the number that best and most honestly reflects your current state and practices. Then view your results and follow further instructions below.

0 – Never True
1 – Not Very True
2 – Sometimes True
3 – Mostly True
4 – Very True

Once you have filled out each question your results should auto-tabulate below. Look beneath the results for further instructions/suggestions.

Next, using the scale below, reflect on the areas you score well on and those you may want to consider giving attention to.

Write out one tangible action step to enhance the area that currently grades out the lowest for you.  Include a target date by which you will initiate action on that step.

Further Suggestions:

  • Ask family and friends to complete the form with their honest reflections of how true of you they would consider each statement.
  • Set up a time to invite a friend/partner to review your inventory and talk through the implications of the results.  Invite them to earmark the date you set for #3 above, and to ask you thereafter whether you have acted on it.
