Exhibitor Registration

Thanks for your interest in exhibiting at the 2024 FEC Leaders Conference – A NEW PEOPLE. This year we have two sponsorship levels available:

Standard Conference Sponsor
For-profit cost: $500
Non-profit cost: $300
FEC Affiliate cost: $0

Sponsorship includes:

  • One display table (6 foot, optional)
  • Merchandise / Promotional item added to attendee conference bag
  • Full-color ad in conference notebook
  • Conference admission & lunches for 2 people (additional people – $100)

Premier Conference Sponsor – $2,000
Limited number available

Sponsorship includes all standard conference items, plus:

  • 5-7 minute general session on-stage interview (can include promotional video)
  • 2 pre- and post-session slides in rotation
  • Optimal table location

Date and Time: Thursday, July 25, beginning at 9:00 AM – Friday, July 26, finishing at 3:30 PM

You may set up your display anytime after 9:00 AM on Wednesday, July 24 (facility closes at 5:00 PM).  Displays are to be down by 5:00 PM. Friday, July 26. We ask that someone be at your display before and after all sessions.

We offer exhibitors the chance to include one promotional item in conference grab-bags. If you would like your materials included, please send at least 400 pieces to the FEC Office, 6535 Maplecrest Road, Fort Wayne, IN 46835 by Friday, June 30.
