Ministry Lead
Ministry Lead – Job Description
The Ministry Lead is a member of the Executive Team and provides leadership for how the staff implement the vision of Miracle Camp and Retreat Center (MCRC). The Ministry Lead is responsible for developing and managing the marketing plan of MCRC. This role also provides leadership and guidance to the Experience Team who coordinate the details and schedules for all MCRC events.
Adult Program Director – Job Description
The Adult Program Director is responsible for programmed adult events (Man Camp, Women’s Retreat, family camps, marriage retreats and parent/child retreats), outdoor activities and service camps. This role will also serve other guest group retreats throughout the year at MCRC. Incumbent leads teams of staff, volunteers, speakers and bands to create an experience environment of Biblical focus, gracious hospitality, and creative programing at affordable quality.
